Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Returns must include all original packaging and tags (if applicable).

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

 

Delivery Timeframe

We strive to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Here’s what to expect:

  • In-stock items: Shipped immediately and should arrive within the standard delivery timeframe.
  • Made-to-order pieces: These special items are crafted just for you! They are shipped directly by our designers, and the expected timeframe for these will be clearly noted on the product page.
